BSNL to distribute SIM cards on June 9

NAGERCOIL, JUNE 5. The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Nagercoil telecom district, will distribute starter pack SIM cards on June 9 to those applicants, who submitted their applications on May 31, the General Manager, Vijayakumaran, has said.

He said in a release that for obtaining the cards, the applicants (waiting list number from 1026 to 1298) should bring the waiting list slips issued by the counter and remit cash payment of Rs200.

Those applicants, who could not come, might send their representatives along with authorisation letters.

Those applicants, who did not receive the card (wait listed up to 1025), could get their cards on June 9. Otherwise, their names would be cancelled from the waiting list without any communication, he added.
