GUNTUR, JUNE 5. A naxalite, Pinnaboina Kondalu alias Sreenu, belonging to the Veldurthi Local Guerilla Squad of the People's War died in a road accident on Friday while travelling on a moped at Davupalli village in Macherla mandal. Working in the dalam for the past one and a half years, he was accused of killing a Telugu Desam leader, Thota Sambaiah of Oppicherla village. The pillion rider on the vehicle, Bommaboina Amba Rao, has been admitted to the Guntur hospital in an unconscious state. He is the brother of the commander of the Veldurthy LGS, Bommaboina Akkaiah.
