Title for Ch.S.V. Ramana

VISAKHAPATNAM, JUNE 5. Ch.S.V. Ramana won the cadet boys' title in the district-level open table tennis tournament, conducted by the LIC Sports and Recreation Club here on Saturday. A. Spurthi and N. Shruti will clash in the final of the women's singles.

The results: Cadet boys singles: final: Ch.S.V. Ramana bt Abhishek 11-5, 11-7, 11-5. Third place play-off: Yashwant bt Venkatesh 11-7,11-2,11-3.

Women's singles: Semifinals: A. Spurthi bt K. Kalyani 9-11, 11-6, 11-8, 11-8; N. Shruti bt Lavanya 11-2, 11-1, 11-1.
