NEW DELHI, JUNE 6. The Union Government tonight declined to comment on reports from Islamabad quoting Pakistani officials that the External Affairs Minister, Natwar Singh, would go to Pakistan next month to attend a SAARC Council of Ministers' meeting. ``No comments,'' was the reply of the External Affairs Ministry spokesman when his attention was drawn to the reports from Pakistan.
