Letters to the Editor
Sir, Autonomy of institutions of higher learning is definitely an issue worthy of debate and attention. But the hullabaloo over the IIM fee cut and its restoration is more than warranted. It would have been more worthwhile if attention had been paid instead to the reckless accreditation granted by the AICTE to various private professional colleges. It is not the politicians alone who are responsible for lopsided priorities.
