NEW DELHI, JUNE 7. The CBI has arrested four persons in connection of the murder of Satyendra Dubey, project officer of the National Highway Authority of India, in Gaya last November. Two persons who shot him dead are among the arrested. Investigations have indicated that the killing took place during a roadside robbery, CBI sources say. Dubey's murder saw an angry outburst from the public because of his controversial letter to the Prime Minister's Office about alleged corruption in the golden quadrilateral project in Bihar. PTI
