Hearing on EC plea

NEW DELHI, JUNE 7. The Supreme Court will hear on Wednesday an application by the Election Commission seeking vacation of the stay on the election of 65 members to the Rajya Sabha. The application will be listed for hearing before a vacation Bench on June 9, the Supreme Court Registry sources said.
