IIMs submit proposals

NEW DELHI, JUNE 8 . The six Indian Institutes of Management today submitted to the Government ``reasonable and comprehensive'' proposals on the fee structure but appeared agreeable to a ``flexible'' need-based scholarship scheme for poor students. Their Boards of Governors would discuss the proposals before June 25.
