Bal Bharti posts win

NEW DELHI, JUNE 8. Bal Bharti Academy defeated Rai Sports by eight runs in the United Cup under-17 cricket league here on Tuesday.

The scores: BBA 156 for nine in 35 overs (Pranav Mittal 53 not out, Mayank Goel 31, Vipal Thakur three for 13, Akash Kumar three for 16) beat Rai Sports 148 in 24.1 overs (Pulkesh Kumar 42, Tanuj Kukreja 31, Aditya Bakshi three for 11, Mridul Badola three for 25).
