Three drowned

CHENNAI, JUNE 8. Three 16-year-olds drowned in the Ambattur Lake today where they had gone for a swim. The victims, R. Deepak Babu, K. Elumalai and P. Manoharan of Ramapuram in Ambattur, were residents of Ramavaram in Ambattur and had just completed their X standard. Firemen could retrieve only the bodies of Deepak and Elumalai.
