KANCHEEPURAM, JUNE 8. A creche run by the Kizhkathirpur Peoples' Forum Brick Kiln Workers Welfare Association at Kizhkathirpur was razed down this morning. According to the association secretary, S.Santhakumar, the thatched roof of the creche was razed down in a "mysterious fire" which broke out at 1.30 a.m. Toys, mats as well as the association's records were destroyed in the fire. A complaint has been lodged with the Baluchetty police.
