KOCHI, JUNE 8. The Centre for Doctoral Research at the Rajagiri College of Social Sciences has invited applications for its Ph.D programmes in social work, management studies and other allied social sciences approved by Mahatma Gandhi University. Applications have to be sent to the university through the college before June 15.

Demand

The Ernakulam District Private Bus Operators Association has demanded a CBI inquiry into the alleged corruption in the construction of and awarding of toll collection at the new Mattancherry Bridge. In a statement here today, the association called upon different political and social organisations to fight against the injustice being meted out to the people of West Kochi.
