Vintron ties up with U.S. firm

NEW DELHI: IT company, Vintron Convergys Ltd., has tied up with the U.S. based P-Com for distribution of `microwave link' products in India. "The tie-up is a part of efforts to enhance our distribution portfolio from wireless radios to products such as microwave links, cameras and networking products," Rajan Garg, CEO of Vintron Convergys, which also distributes Motorola's wireless radios, said here. As part of the alliance, Vintron Convergys would distribute the former's microwave links for data communication and video linkages, he said. The company is also talking to six other vendors for distribution of various other products.
