Pilot's body found

KOLKATA, JUNE 9. The body of Flying Officer A. Sinha, who was piloting the ill-fated MiG-27 fighter aircraft that crashed during a routine training flight in north Bengal on May 19, has been found.

A defence spokesman at the Eastern Command Headquarters in Kolkata said today that the pilot's body was found with the wreckage of the plane inside the Gumla reserve forest near Bagdogra airbase.
