NEW DELHI, JUNE 9. The Railway Minister, Laloo Prasad Yadav, has decided to give up the Madhepura Lok Sabha seat and retain the Chapra seat. He won from both the constituencies, but under the rules he can retain only one of them. The Lok Sabha Speaker, Somnath Chatterjee, today informed the House that he had received a letter from Mr. Yadav informing him of his decision.
