GUNTUR, JUNE 9. Seven Congress workers, all belonging to the Pamidipadu village in Narsaraopet mandal, were arrested on Wednesday on the charge of killing a 62-year-old Telugu Desam Party worker, Katem Tirupati Swamulu, of the same village. The arrested were identified as Nelluri Nageswara Rao, Lam Venkataramaiah, Lam Rambabu, Yedla Anjaneyulu, Lam Shankar Rao, Kancheti Srinivasa Rao, and Popuri Tirupati Swamulu. They will be produced in court on Thursday, according to the police.
