Ashwini Mandhani hits 119

BANGALORE, JUNE 9. Ashwini Mandhani's 119 powered Central Zone to 452 against Combined Zone in a Col. Hemu Adhikari Memorial inter-Academy tournament match at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Wednesday. In reply, Combined Zone was 173 for five in 51 overs at close on the second day.

Central Zone 452 in 138.5 overs (Ashwini Mandhani 119, Ravikanth Shukla 90, Tanmay Srivastav 85, Avinash Yadav 74, Mohnish Parmar six for 107) vs Combined Zone 173 for five in 51 overs (Gaurav Sharma 54, Jalaj Saxena 50 n.o., Bikas Patil 25).

North Zone 190 in 63.4 overs and 170 for three in 40.5 overs (Sunny Singh 50 n.o., Uday Kaul 42, Gaurav Chhabra 35, Shikhar Dhawan 27) vs West Zone 211 in 65.2 overs (Salim Pathan 112, Prem Prateek six for 66).

South Zone 185 in 77.2 overs and 16 for no loss in 3.3 overs vs East Zone 241 in 92.1 overs (Sayak Ghosh 77, Arindom Ghosh 49, Debopom Biswas 34, Debobroto Paul 32, Ryan Ninan seven for 88).
