Karuna Jain named captain

BANGALORE, JUNE 9. Karuna Jain will lead South Zone in the Chandra Tripathi Inter-Zonal junior womens' cricket tournament at Vishakapatnam from June 17 to 21.

The team: Karuna Jain (captain), Laxmi Priya (vice-captain), Savitha Nirala, Mamatha Kanojia, Diana David, Soujanya, Shravanthi, A. Sindhu, Pooja Shah, Deepika Babu, Rashmi Shivshankar, Niranjana, Vijaya Lakshmi, Sunitha Vasudevan and Kruthika. Coach: Irfan Sait.
