RAMANATHAPURAM, JUNE 9. The Collector, K. Chellamuthu, today announced that houses would be constructed at the cost of Rs. 4 lakhs for 12 families whose houses were gutted a few days ago at Uthirakosamangai near here. At a mass contact programme, he said steps would be taken to get new certificates that were destroyed in the fire. He ordered transfer of `patta' to 15 persons.
