No power

COIMBATORE, JUNE 9 . There will be no power supply in the following areas between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on June 10 owing to maintenance work at Permanallur substation: Perumanallur, Kanakkampalayam, Kalopalayam, Puthupalayam, Sadayampatty, Pooluvapatty, Pandian Nagar, M.Thottipalayam, Markupatty, Valasupalayam, Kandampalayam, Ayyampalayam, Andipalayam, Neruperichal, Chettipalayam, Vavipalayam and Thoravalur.

Training

Avinashilingam Education Trust Institutions Training Centre will conduct the following courses from June 14. Flower arrangement and bouquet making, food preservation, bakery techniques, paper bag making, home care products, tailoring and embroidery. For details, contact ph: 2449715.

Camp

Women's Voluntary Service of Coimbatore will conduct a free eye camp at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Idigarai on June 13, in association with Aravind Eye Hospital.
