Aid for poor students

KOCHI, JUNE 10. The Ernakulam district committee of the Kerala Bar Hotels Association will distribute uniform, school bags, notebooks and umbrellas to poor students in Kochi on June 13.

The event will be inaugurated by the Excise Minister, K.V. Thomas. Justice M. Ramachandran will address the gathering. The film stars, Prithviraj and Jyothirmayi, K. Chandran Pillai, MP, Sebastian Paul, MP and K. Babu, V.D. Satheesan, Dominic Presentation, MLAs, will participate.

The aid is to be extended to 2000 students, according to the organisers.
