Ma Foi board recast

CHENNAI: The board of Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd. has been reconstituted with the induction of three nominees of Vedior NV, a well-known staffing company in the international sphere. As a consequence, Brian Wilkinson has been appointed Chairman of the board. Mr. Wilkinson is now the Commonwealth Zone Manager and Board of Management Member, Vedior. The other two nominees are: Colin Reader and James King. The board-level changes follow the recent investment made by Vedior in Ma Foi, which saw the former picking up 76 per cent stake in the Chennai outfit.
