HYDERABAD, JUNE 12. The Telugu Desam Party has dubbed the patch-up between its leader, B. Pardhasaradhi Reddy, and the Congress MLA, K. Rambhoopal Reddy, on Friday as stage-managed to lure TDP activists into the Congress fold. The `drama' was enacted to make the existence of TDP functionaries in the faction ridden areas difficult. The message was clear: TDP men cannot live in the Congress regime, the former Information Minister, S. Chandramohan Reddy, and senior TDP leaders, C. Ramachandraiah and R. Prakash Reddy, told reporters here on Saturday. Mr. Chandramohan Reddy said the willingness of Mr. Pardhasaradhi Reddy to withdraw cases and not to contest against the MLA in future out of threat from the Government showed his hapless position despite being the son of a victim of factional killing.
