PONDICHERRY, JUNE 13. The All-India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam here has appealed to the Election Commission to enquire into complaints about deletion of names of number of voters from electoral rolls. A resolution, adopted at a consultative committee meeting of the party on Thursday, said it was "perplexing that names of voters having photo identity cards were deleted and they could not exercise their franchise at the May 10 Lok Sabha poll.'' The meeting also adopted another resolution protesting the Mahe Municipality move to involve a private player for the maintenance of Tagore Park there.
