`Decision on DA arrears of pensioners soon'

HYDERABAD, JUNE 15. The State Government would soon take a decision on payment of DA arrears to pensioners, as promised in the Congress election manifesto, the Finance Minister, K. Rosaiah, said here on Tuesday. He was responding to a demand made in a representation by the Andhra Pradesh Joint Action Committee of Pensioners Associations seeking immediate payment of 30 months' DA arrears from July 1, 2001, to December 31, 2003, to six lakh pensioners.
