SBI's gesture towards basketball team

COIMBATORE, JUNE 16. The State Bank of India, commercial branch, felicitated the 12-member Indian women basketball team, which will play two international invitational tournaments at Malaysia from June 20 to July 1 at its premises here on Wednesday.

Speaking at the function, the Deputy General Manager of the Bank, Ramakrishnan Nambiar, wished the team good luck and urged its members to bring laurels to the country.

N. Amarnath, who represented India in the 1980 Moscow Olympics, R. Govindarajan, K.S. Mohan and S.B. Rammohan — all from State Bank of India, were also felicitated.
