Helpline for Indian expatriates in Riyadh

DUBAI, JUNE 16. The Indian embassy was setting up a 24-hour helpline in Riyadh for the expatriates in distress and this facility would be expanded to the rest of the Gulf countries, the Minister of State for External Affairs, E. Ahamed, said at a press conference in Jeddah yesterday.

The Minister said the diplomatic missions in Riyadh and Jeddah would have an open house on every second Thursday of the month to settle their problems, the Saudi Gazette reported. — UNI
