Tamil films' VCD labels seized

CHENNAI, JUNE 16. North Beach police seized video compact disc labels of various Tamil films under production on Tuesday.

The labels, worth Rs. 5 lakhs, were seized from Chinna Thamby Street in Parry's Corner. The police arrested Sulaiman, 35, a resident of North Beach in connection with the seizure. They are on the lookout for his partner who supplied the labels from Sivakasi.

The seized labels were meant for the movies Jaggubhai, Jananam and Gajendran.
