CCI to set up factory in Cachar

GUWAHATI: The Cement Corporation of India will set up a factory in Cachar district in Assam, Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Public Enterprises, Santosh Mohan Dev, said. The factory, to be funded by the North Eastern Council, will be set up at an estimated cost of Rs. 30 crores, Mr. Dev told reporters at Silchar yesterday.
