Nishant hits century

BANGALORE, JUNE 17. Nishant Shikavat's 103 guided President's XI to a one-wicket victory over Bangalore Zone in a KSCA inter-district under-15 tournament match at the NRA Ground here on Thursday. Bangalore Zone scored 201 for eight in 50 overs and President's XI won in 49 overs.

The scores:

Bangalore Zone 201 for eight in 50 overs (M.D. Amith 76, Karan Shetty 54, Shivam Bajaj three for 38) lost to President's XI 202 for nine in 49 overs (Nishant Shikavat 103, Nikhil three for 39).

Vice-President's XI 104 in 39.2 overs (Rohith 38, K. Nitin four for 16) lost to Combined XI 106 for two in 32.5 overs (Rahul Bhatkal 51, Sujayendra 33 n.o.).
