Camp shifted to Chennai

BANGALORE, JUNE 17. The cricket camp for the Indian team probables, earlier scheduled to be held at Bangalore from July 3, has been shifted to Chennai. The camp will now be held from July 3 to 9. The Indian team will compete in the Asia Cup at Sri Lanka from July 16 to August 1.

Speaking to The Hindu, BCCI Secretary S.K. Nair said, "there were two reasons for shifting the camp, one was that the conditions in Chennai will be the same as in Sri Lanka and the second is that there is less chance of rains in Chennai."
