Reservation

Sir, __ Maharashtra has proposed to reserve 52 per cent of the jobs in the private sector for the disadvantaged while the Centre is contemplating a similar proposal. There can be no two opinions on the need for concessions to the disadvantaged but how long can this be done on caste basis alone?
