GUNTUR, JUNE 18. G. Sushma beat Rishika Sunkara 5-7, 6-2, 7-6 (7-5) in the girls' semifinals of the all-India ranking AITA Talent Series under-14 tennis tournament at the NTR Sports Complex here on Friday.
Girls: Singles (semifinals): G. Sushma bt Rishika Sunkara 5-7, 6-2, 7-6 (7-5); Radhika bt Sindhura 4-6, 6-2, 6-3. Quarterfinals: Rishika Sunkara bt Meghna Suresh 6-1, 6-2; G. Sushma bt Divya Rana 6-2, 6-1; R. Sindhura bt P. Jyosana Roop 6-2, 6-0; Ch. Radhika bt D.G. Harshini Reddy 7-6 (7-3), 6-3.
Doubles (semifinals): Divya Raana and Radhika bt Yashika and Deepthi 9-4; Rishika and Harshini bt Spoorthi and Revanthi 9-5.
