Commemorative stamp to be released

CHENNAI, JUNE 18. The Department of Posts is releasing a commemorative stamp tomorrow in the denomination of Rs. 5 in honour of P.N. Panicker, who is known for his contribution to the cause of literacy and education in Kerala. Stamps, first day covers, information sheets, will be available for sale at all philatelic bureau/counters from the date of issue, according to a release from the Chief Postmaster-General, Tamil Nadu Circle Chennai.
