Nuclear risk

Sir, — This refers to the editorial, `Reduce nuclear risk with Pakistan' (June 19). A war today will most certainly involve nuclear weapons and in that condition no side can win. India and Pakistan should eliminate the risk of nuclear warfare as it will serve none.
