Datamatics-Cadmus JV opens BPO facility

CHENNAI: Datamatics Technologies and Cadmus Communication Corporation have opened their second BPO facility in Chennai. The two companies have formed a joint venture in 2003. The new BPO facility is sprad across 27,000 sq. ft and can house about 600 associates working in two shifts. KGL's Chennai operation will provide end-to-end services to scientific, medical and educational publishers, says a release.
