CHANDIGARH, JUNE 21 .Congress MLAs, led by the officiating leader of the Congress Legislature Party, Ajay Singh Yadav, met the Haryana Governor, Babu Parmanand, at Raj Bhavan here today and sought his intervention and direction to the Speaker of the Haryana Assembly "to carry out his Constitutional obligation in an impartial manner to strengthen the democratic norms''. Captain Yadav later told The Hindu that the MLAs apprised the Governor of the manner in which the Opposition members were not allowed to raise important issues.
