DINDIGUL, JUNE 21. Jayakumar alias Jatti Kumar of Sellur and Jayaraman of K.Pudhur in Madurai today surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate at Nilakottai in connection with the murder of two rowdies in Madurai city on June 18. An unidentified gang murdered the two rowdies - Suruli and Neelagandan. The Madurai police already arrested four persons on Sunday on the charges of murdering them. Special forces have been fanned out in all directions to nab other accused.
