BIDAR, JUNE 22. The Minister for Animal Husbandry and WAKF, Mirajuddin Patel, escaped unhurt when the stage from he was address a public rally collapsed under the weight of over 200 people when they tried to sit on it, in Bidar on Tuesday. There were no casualties. Just when the Minister climbed on to the dais, it started to collapse. The efforts of some party workers to carry the Minister to safety caused more problems as the stage could not take the additional load. The leaders jumped to safety.
