NELLORE, JUNE 22. The district unit of Bharatiya Janatha Yuva Morcha (BJYM) demanded stringent action against, Y. Manohar, who murdered the MCA student, R. Sri Lakshmi, in Vijayawada. In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the morcha expressed concern over the incident and wanted appropriate action against the college management and the city Police Commissioner, for their alleged indifference to the matter, despite the victim having lodged a complaint against the accused. The BJYM wanted a special security wing to be constituted to protect girl students from eve teasing and harassment.
