Over 100 killed in Chechen raid

MOSCOW, JUNE 22. Over 100 persons, including an acting Interior Minister and 18 security men, were killed and several hundred wounded after 200 suspected Chechen rebels attacked Government installations in Ingushetia province, bordering Chechnya.

The rebels seized the Interior Ministry building and launched attacks on several others in Nazran, Karabulak cities and the village of Sleptovskaya.
