'Mini-emergency' in Gujarat

GANDHINAGAR, JUNE 22. The former Chief Minister, Keshubhai Patel today vowed to apprise the party high command of what he described as an "atmosphere of fear" and a state of "mini-emergency" prevailing in Gujarat.

Talking to reporters here, he alleged that the people were being suppressed and even the party MLAs were not allowed to air their views.
