KOCHI, JUNE 23 . The Ernakulam Additional Sessions Judge, N. He also directed the Crime Branch police to arrest them immediately. Masterova Martha Rita Georgi, Turkish national; Guerra Rosa Benchamin and Guerra Rosa Johns Pierre, both South African nationals, were arrested on March 12 when Immigration officials found they had been travelling on forged passports. They were on their way to London via Kuwait. The immigration officials handed them over to the police. The Aluva First Class Judicial Magistrate while granting them bail had made the condition that they should report before the investigation officer every month. According to the petition filed by the Crime Branch, they had defied the condition and absconded. Hence, the plea for cancellation of their bail.
