Sunil Synchem files draft prospectus

NEW DELHI, JUNE 23. Sunil Synchem Ltd today filed the draft prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed public issue of 25 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The shares would be available at a premium of Rs. 50 per share, aggregating Rs. 15 crores.

The proceeds of the issue would be used to part finance the company's Rs. 29.60 crore expansion project to increase the installed capacity to six billion capsules per year, the company said in a statement here.
