Aparna Balan for junior ABC
KOCHI,
JUNE 23.
Kerala's Aparna Balan finds a place in the Indian team for the Junior Asian Badminton Championship which will be held in Hwacheon (South Korea) from July 12 to 18. India will field a six-member boys team and a four-girl squad for the event.
The Kerala Badminton (Shuttle) Association secretary S. Muralidharan, an international referee, has been nominated as the deputy referee for the Junior Asian.
The team:
Boys: Anand Pawar (Mah), Jishnu Sanyal (Mah), P. Kashyap (AP), Anushaman Hazarika (Asm), Ajay Jayaram (Mah), Sagar Chopra (Mah).
