Letters to the Editor
Sir, The campaign by the Pattali Makkal Katchi against Tamil film stars with political aspirations has been steadily escalating. First it was Rajnikanth and now it is Vijaykanth, both popular stars. One of the PMK leaders has even called upon the cadre to ensure that Vijaykanth's films are not screened anywhere in the State and his proposed fan club meet does not take place. Will rights activists and the media act?
