GUWAHATI, JUNE 24. Seven persons, including two children, were killed and 19 injured when the banned militant organisation ULFA set off a powerful bomb inside a public transport mini-bus in Sibsagar district today. According to police sources from Sibsagar town, the bomb fitted with an improvised explosive device placed inside a bag under a third row seat behind the driver was triggered by remote control around 10 a.m. The mini-bus was proceeding to Sibsagar from Sonari.
