Kumbabishekam postponed

CHENNAI, JUNE 26. The kumbabishekam of the Kapaleeswarar temple at Mylapore here has been postponed until further notice.

The proposed consecration of July 5 has been cancelled since renovation work in the temple has not been completed.

Desilting, cleaning and renovation of the temple tank are yet to be taken up.

Temple authorities have decided to perform the kumbabishekam after all renovation work is completed.
