Manmohan's plea

Sir, — None can disagree with the appeal made by Manmohan Singh to the Opposition to let Parliament function. However, his appeal would have carried more authority had he cared to issue it to his Congress colleagues while they were disrupting the proceedings of the 13th Lok Sabha.
