PATNA, JUNE 27. Eight Bihar Ministers, five of Cabinet rank and three Ministers of State, have tendered their resignations to help the Chief Minister, Rabri Devi, downsize her Ministry in accordance with the 91st Constitutional Amendment, sources close to the Chief Minister said today. The Ministers submitted their resignations to Ms. Rabri and many of them personally visited her official residence. The Excise Minister, Shivanand Tiwari, and a few others sent it by fax.
